We stand behind the quality of all our products and provide a manufacturer’s warranty for every item purchased from our website. This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period, starting from the date of product delivery.

Warranty Coverage

All our insulated drinkware products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of delivery. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or repair of the defective item free of charge, subject to verification of the issue. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidental breakage, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of the product. Damage resulting from drops, scratches, extreme temperatures, improper cleaning, or use of the product outside of its intended purpose is also not covered under this warranty. This warranty is void if the product is used commercially or for non-personal purposes.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a valid warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your original order information, clear photos of the defective product, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and verify the defect promptly. Once your claim is approved, we will guide you through the process for a replacement or repair. All warranty-related shipments for approved claims are covered with free shipping for the replacement item.

General Warranty Terms

Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, and this constitutes the sole remedy under this warranty. We do not accept liability for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. This warranty supersedes all other implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
